Ok... I need to get these thoughts out, and someone needs to answer this question.

Is this some kind of sick joke?! There are already shipping pairs for the GS:DD characters?! The game hasn't even been released yet! How do they know ANYTHING to base fanfic on?! Good god! How can they already be shipping these characters around? It defies ALL logic! Are these fanfic authors THAT impatient that they MUST get their fanfics out now? The game is still 3 days from release in JAPAN! How can they be shipping characters around when they know nothing of the characters' personalities, thoughts, already pre-established relations, FAMILIES, GENDERS. How can people possibly ship Rief around when Rief's gender is still in question?! Good grief.

Ok. I feel better now. But seriously. Aren't you all jumping the gun a little bit? All we have are a few previews in Japanese magazines and websites with shaky translations to go on. - The real issue is that several of these anonymous users seem to be using the Shipping article to advertise shipping terms they are attempting to coin by themselves right now, when the whole idea behind that page is to list the terms that the overall GS community settled on over the years of the games' existence. (That's not even mentioning that one of them seems to be using fanart as an example link rather than fan fiction, something that definitely should be avoided.) This definitely warrants at least basic protection of the page, and I should probably make some sort of "unofficial content template" that various other wikis use to mark their "silly pages" with.
- As for your thoughts against the fan authors that are jumping the gun, well, I doubt many of them would stumble on this forum page to read this, so you may want to address them directly by posting on their talk pages. Erik Jensen (Appreciate me here!) 00:39, October 26, 2010 (UTC)
- Well that covers that but have you guiys seen the new 'scans' posted on the Dark Age page? It shows a family tree of Matthew and shows that Jenna is the mother...
