A pair of Titan Gloves is a Glove-class piece of hand-armor found in Golden Sun: The Lost Age and Golden Sun: Dark Dawn.

Basic Description by Game

The Titan Gloves increase base Defense by 43 points, and increases base HP by 30 points. They can be bought for 8100 coins and sold for 6075. In The Lost Age, it is acquired by bringing a Golem Core forgeable item to Sunshine the blacksmith in Yallam, where he will randomly forge it into either that or several other items, and then buying it from him. In Dark Dawn, it is occasionally dropped by the Brutal Trolls found in Burning Island Cave and Gaia Falls Islet. Being gloves, it can be equipped by all Adepts.

Analysis

In The Lost Age, the Titan Gloves could have been good gloves for Adepts with low HP like Ivan or Sheba, but the existence of the Aerial Gloves, for Adepts who use Jupiter Psynergy or Unleashes, the Big Bang Gloves, which increase Mars Power, and Riot Gloves, lower the usability of the Titan Gloves. Taking into account that by the time you get the Golem Core, you probably have in your possession the Aerial Gloves and the distance between the Golem Core to the Riot Gloves is quite small, you'd be better off with weapons like the Gaia Axe forged from Golem Core. However, in the end it all comes down to personal taste.

In Dark Dawn, the Titan Gloves' viability as a Defensive item drops. Unlike previous games, there is no known way to manipulate Dark Dawn's Random Number Generator. Thus, even getting the Titan Gloves is a matter of chance. If the player can get them, they are an option for weaker Adepts such as Rief and Himi. However, they compete with other pieces of equipment that increase elemental power such as the Big Bang Gloves, as well as the Spirit Armlet and Virtuous Armlet. Thus, using the Titan Gloves, if obtained, is a matter of personal taste.
